"I wish I could be apart of the good reviews for this page. State Farm has been good to me up until the last year when I moved addresses. My billing has been royally screwed since I called and requested to change my renters address on April 26th -and the issue has yet to be resolved. I’m being charged for an address that I no longer live at. There is a random vehicle on my account that I don’t own. No one follows up with me. I consistently have to be the one to call in, and when I do I continue to get the run around “it’s still being worked on. It takes time”. Today I was lied to and told I called on June 11th, when I did not. I have not spoken to anyone since Yareb called me on May 28th and promised me my billing would be corrected this month. I still have incorrect charges on my account, and no one offers me a resolution. I am at my wits end and just want to move on with my life, and find a company that I can actually feel confident about."
